**Description**:

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Assist in coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Support project managers in monitoring project progress and handling routine administrative tasks
- Help prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Schedule and organise meetings, track action items, and take meeting notes
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met
- Maintain project tracking tools such as task lists, Gantt charts, or dashboards
- Help identify and resolve simple project issues or escalate as needed
- Support in ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or in final year of study)
- Strong interest in IT systems, software development, and/or project management
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of project management tools is a plus
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Notes:

- Your daily rate will depend on skills and experience.
- Start date is ASAP.
- On-site working requirement with the possibility of some flexible working arrangements.
