We have over 30 years of experience and a large customer base supplying both major Mainstream and Independent supermarkets.

**Job description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Executive to join our growing team This is a highly mobile role requiring travel to our customer's destinations - a company car is provided.

**Primary duties**:

- Frequently visit our customers, restaurants and stores to uphold business relationships
- Order stock and recommend new line opportunities
- Re-order stock with individual retailers as required to optimise our stock levels
- Observe any inventory gaps in stores and prompt the Sales Team
- Generate regular competitor and market information reports to the line manager
- Coordinate with our restaurant as required and generate reports on the information provided by the restaurants
- Check store range compliance against applicable layout profiles
- Organise sales-driven activities, samples and campaigns as required
- Manage a pool of promoter staff and ensure adequate promoters to perform in-store food demonstrations
- Coaching the team to optimise our displays, stock presentations, distribution of sample products and promotional campaigns
- Generate post-campaign reports and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the campaign

**Acquiring new business**:

- Align with line Managers to identify new business/models and client opportunities
- Achieve set account and sales targets

**Promotional Activity**:

- Use product knowledge to seek in-store promotional opportunities
- Build and ticket displays

**Reporting**:

- Complete store compliance checks and request forms, monthly Field Team reporting, new competitive lines reports and all other required reports
- Coordinate with your line manager regarding all trade-related POSMs and report

**To be successful you will need**:

- ** Full Australian working rights**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English and ability to speak Mandarin preferred**:

- Ability to multi-task and ability to prioritise
- Must have a current driver's Licence
