- ECH is looking for a Clinical Lead Exercise Physiology with 7+ years of experience in Exercise Physiology to join and supervise a vibrant and multidisciplinary Allied Health team, who collaboratively make a difference to clients' health and wellbeing. This role requires you to work part of a large organisation and team, working across 5 of the ECH sites amongst Adelaide’s North-East, West, Adelaide Hills, and Southern Suburbs.

**The role**

You will be providing advanced practice exercise physiology knowledge in the treatment of community-based clients as well as maintaining a small, self-selected case load and contributing to quality improvement projects. ECH EPs work primarily out of one of the 5 gym sites, however there is an increasing amount of home visits required by the team. This role will demonstrate responsibility for the clinical governance of an Allied Health team of new graduates, levels 1, 2 a Senior Exercise Physiologist while working closely with other discipline clinical leads.

**What you’ll be doing**

As a Clinical Lead Exercise Physiology, you will:

- Demonstrate attention to detail in evaluating the outcomes of service provision including efficiency and effectiveness
- Supervising and providing support to a team of Exercise Physiologists
- Willingness to undertake projects directed by a Senior Manager
- Working amongst AHP Clinical Leads, implementing project-based service improvements
- Assuring practice with relevant clinical care standards, including the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care
- Maintaining clinical performance, accountability, and effectiveness of clinical service

**You will need**
- Accreditation as An Exercise Physiologist with Exercise Sport Science Australia (ESSA)
- Adaptability and strong time management skills
- A current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
- COVID-19 vaccination (including booster if eligible)

**It’d also be helpful if you had**:
Qualifications in:

- A relevant post graduate degree in relevant area
- A current Police Check (if not, that’s ok, we can help with this) A current First Aid & CPR certificate
