An opportunity currently exists for a Process Excellence Lead to join the Global Treasury Team at Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG).

In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of Process Excellence Specialists dedicated to driving improvements in the financial transaction processes, including banking, payment processing and treasury functions to enhance efficiency, accuracy and security of financial transactions to support FCTG’s operational and strategic goals. This will include identifying, designing and implementing process improvement initiatives and global system solutions.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Lead and mentor a team of Process Excellence Specialists, setting goals and driving high-impact projects
- Develop a process excellence roadmap aligned with FCTG goals, collaborating with senior finance leaders to prioritize initiatives and ensure measurable outcomes
- Manage resources across multiple projects to deliver cost savings, efficiency improvements, and enhanced compliance
- Continuously analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and transactional finance to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and value while reducing risks
- Drive process improvement initiatives, adopt automation technologies, and stay updated on industry trends to refine operations and challenge established practices
- Lead the implementation, optimisation, and integration of global transactional finance systems, ensuring mínimal disruption and consistent operation across regions
- Oversee system configuration, testing, training, and continuous improvement, while maintaining communication with stakeholders and vendors
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, Global Treasury Policy, and best practice controls, while identifying and mitigating risks to FCTG

**Who you are**:

- 5+ Years Experience in Finance Operations, Process Improvement and Team Leadership
- Finance or Business Degree
- Six Sigma Certification
- Project Management Experience
- Business Process Outsourcing Experience
- Travel Industry Knowledge
