**About the Opportunity**

As a Lending Support Officer, reporting to the Team Leader, you will facilitate loan settlements across all franchises including but not limited to, following up on potential new business, gathering and reviewing supporting documentation to approvals for settlement purpose and contract processing.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Providing quality customer service to new and existing members
- Manage a pipeline of loans, assisting members from approval to settlement by gathering and verifying documents
- Adhering to industry regulations, internal policies, and procedures
- Supporting the team, contributing to the growth and expansion of our business
