WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Job type - Full time/Permanent

At Leader, we are proudly Australian owned and operated, with over 200+ employees nationally, we have a great opportunity for a positive and motivated Leader to oversee our QLD Warehouse.

Our strong and growing warehouse is seeking a dynamic leader that aligns to our company Core Values, to take the reins. Joining our team of superstars, and supported by the Operations Manager, you will report to the Branch Manager and are responsible for the safety, well-being, and performance of your team.

What we are looking for:

- Minimum of 5 years in a Team Leadership role.
- You must be a good fit with the current team.
- Physically fit and willing to help the team.
- Have a sense of humour.
- Forklift licence with high-reach experience is essential.
- Positive, A-grade attitude with customer at the forefront of your mind.
- Product familiarity is highly beneficial (Information and Communication Technology).
- Proactive in safety and compliance.
- Accountable for your actions, no excuses mindset.
- Work closely with your 2IC to ensure all orders are processed and shipped before cut-off times.
- Ensure the warehouse is tidy and pick locations are replenished quickly.
- Liaise with the goods inwards team to ensure stock is booked in, in a timely manner.
- Meet stocktake and cycle counting requirements.
- Maintain a positive and motivated team.

What is on offer:
Remuneration is negotiable depending on applicant and experience.
Work/Life balance - Monday to Friday. No Weekends

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Team Leadership: 5 years (preferred)
- Warehousing: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- High Risk (Forklift) Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
