Behaviour Support Practitioners Part Time and Full Time roles (South East Queensland).

Qualifications & experience:

- NDIS behaviour support practitioner (with minimum 12 months experience.
- You have tertiary qualifications and/or experience in any of the following: psychology, occupational therapy, counselling, education, social work, psychology or related fields. Membership with relevant professional bodies.

Tasks & responsibilities:

- Interim Behaviour Support Plans, Functional Behaviour Assessments, Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans.
- Mixed caseloads, range of disabilities, disorders and mental health conditions.
- Intervention: skill building, building quality of life, authentic outcomes that are self-determined and person centred.
- Collaboration to implement, monitor and review Behaviour Support Plans.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
