This is a broad hands-on role leading a mid-sized local finance team and is the key connection to the Global finance team. You will be responsible for the finance and accounting functions, including:

- Financial accounting, reporting and financial planning and analysis for APAC Region
- Be the trusted business partner to COO and commercial leaders on financial, operational, strategic issues
- Drive meaningful intelligence and actionable insights for the business
- Set finance strategy to optimise business processes by assessing business needs and developing, proposing, and implementing solutions
- Direct tax, reporting, banking, treasury, internal/external audits and compliance activities
- Key Liaison with Global Corporate functions and Business Unit leaders in overseas (US)

We are seeking an experienced finance leader with the following experience and qualifications:

- Working in a global business within a matrix structure
- Qualified CA/CPA
- 10 years' experience in leadership & people management roles
- As Finance Director, CFO or GM finance within Aviation is desirable.
- Building trust, influencing and driving change and transformation
