**The Company**
Our client is a progressive, private property developer, on a significant growth path nationally. They develop residential communities across Melbourne & Geelong's growth corridors, up to several thousand lots each. They have a reputation for their cutting edge product, responsibility to the community and long term view to development. The decision making process is fast, which has enabled them to be opportunistic with acquisitions in recent years.
**The Role**
Our client is seeking a Development Manager for their most exciting project in Geelong (mulitple offices). It is a large residential community with a substantial, mixed use and town centre. You will work under a SDM to take this project through planning and into delivery. You will also work on a smaller development that is currently selling exceptionally well. The company's pipeline is huge, with sales set to almost double over the next few years. This is a perfect role for a DM who is looking for complex work and a fast path to SDM.
**The Person**
Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline, you will have 5+ years experience in residential land development. Salary package will be dependent on experience range from $150 - $180k + bonus
