Additional Information:

- These roles are Permanent, Part-time 50hrs/fortnight

- This role requires availability to work Monday to Sunday, between 6:00am to 9:00pm.
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

**About this work area**

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
- Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
- Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
- Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
- Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
- Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.

- A passion for optimising supply chain and fulfilment operations.
