Marketing Specialist

AMPERNA® is an Australian skincare brand committed to creating active products specifically formulated for even the most sensitive skin, so they can be used by everybody. Founded in 2018 we have grown quickly since launch and sell our skincare to our customers all around the world. We are a small and dynamic team and are looking for someone who believes in our brand values of Honesty, Simplicity, Revolutionary, Mindfulness and Cruelty Free.

This is a full-time position based in Sydney. You will oversee promotional efforts for brand campaigns and products, aiming to increase conversion rates and improve the customer experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, with a focus on achieving sales targets and revenue growth
- Maintain relationships with customers, potential customers, consultants, and the industry in general
- Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends
- Researching potential demand and market characteristics for cosmetics and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information
- Conduct regular reviews with the Directors to ensure targets are being met
- New product development for Australian and International markets
- Redevelopment of existing formulations to ensure they’re still relevant and fit for global markets

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ experience within the marketing/advertising industry
- Have a relevant Bachelor degree, ideally with a major in Marketing
- Knowledge or experience in advertising and understanding of terminology is essential
- A team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Well organised, good attention to detail and able to work independently
- Strong knowledge of monitoring competitive activity, customer behaviour, and market trends.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
