- Handle direct, court-based advocacy at smaller end.
- Disputes focused, commercial firm. Partnership with mentorship focus.

The mix of large nationals, SMEs, and smaller clients across this reputed, multi-partner litigation practice will allow for you to get a range of experience. Expect to support seniors on large matters across Superior Courts, while also driving your own matters at the smaller end with limited oversight as required. Build direct advocacy experience. Court time is assured.

You can expect to align with a healthy mix of senior and junior partners on the upswing. The juniors in particular have a strong interest in, and dedication to, mentoring the Lawyers and Associates across the firm.

As a respected mid-tier based in the heart of the CBD, they are a strong platform to support your continued progression. While a commercial firm, they are very much litigation focused with 80% of their partners disputes in orientation. They are a mix of ‘own grown’ talent and laterals, many of whom were appointed from top-tier and other reputed litigation practices.

The competitiveness of current market conditions means that firms, including this one, are aware they need to put their best foot forward around remuneration.

About you; Ideally bringing three - five years’ post-admission experience in disputes, you will have a desire to continue building on your existing foundation in a supportive and balanced work environment. Ideally you will have some construction dispute experience too, however not essential. Sound academics expected.
