Our client is one of APAC's most successful data aligned technology organisations who, over the last 5 years, have obtained substantial investment and as such have grown year on year. With strong presence in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia, they are now looking to hire a Head of ICT Operations, a position to be based here in Sydney.

As Head of ICT Operations you will report into the Chief Information Officer and will be responsible for;
- Shaping the Vendor Support function - including future proof strategy, selection, negotiations and relationships
- Designing, implementing and running an outsourced Helpdesk and Service Desk across multiple regions.

**Experience**:

- Extensive experience of working within the ICT industry -10years +
- Services orientated ITIL experience
- Strong leadership and problem management skills
- Ability to set ICT strategy and delivery background
- Previous vendor management experience
