Our beautiful Centre is constructed over two floors with ten rooms, underground parking and four vibrant outdoor learning areas. Williamstown is a vibrant and community-minded area with bus stops, shops and cafes nearby. At Explorers, we offer a special "Enrichment Program" which includes Music, Gardening, Creative Arts and Language initiatives

**How You Can Support Us**:

- Work collaboratively and lead a team of Educators
- Facilitate intentional teaching experiences for children
- Demonstrate meaningful relationships with children, families and your peers
- Lead the planning of your team and be their first contact
- Delegate tasks to ensure all the Educators can learn and grow
- Support and mentor your team

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification in accordance with the Education and Care Regulations 2012
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement quality education program using portfolio method
- Experience in long day care or equivalent (preferred)
- Current First Aid Training certificate
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Working rights - Visa/Passport
