Your role as a Lead Veterinarian:

  2. Mentor & inspire: Shape the future of our profession by mentoring recent graduates, providing guidance, and nurturing their growth.
  3. Collaborate for success: Work alongside our Practice Manager to strategically steer the clinic's growth, improving both patient care and business performance.
  4. Embrace innovation: Utilize our cutting-edge diagnostic tools to provide unparalleled care and improve outcomes for our patients.
  5. Build relationships: Foster strong connections with clients and their pets, creating an environment of trust and loyalty.
  6. Lead a high-performing team: Work with a passionate, skilled team in a collaborative, positive, and supportive environment.

What we're looking for:

  1. Proven experience: A minimum of 10 years as a practicing veterinarian, with a track record of high-quality care and problem-solving in complex cases.
  2. Mentorship passion: A genuine desire to mentor and support recent graduates.
  3. Leadership & collaboration: Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
  4. Forward-thinking: A proactive approach to challenges, with an interest in both clinical excellence and the business side of veterinary practice.
