**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

Provide timely, practical advice on HR processes, policies, awards, and agreements
. Act as the first point of contact for Workforce Administration queries, escalating complex matters where required
. Support managers with routine workforce issues including leave, attendance, rostering queries
. Contribute to P&C projects, policy development, and training activities
. Support the implementation of Enterprise Agreements, ensuring communication and compliance
. Build effective relationships across the organisation, promoting trust, capability, and positive outcomes

**Skills & Experience**

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or working towards completion)
. Experience in a People & Culture or HR advisory role (preferred)
. Strong knowledge of HR policies, awards, agreements, and relevant legislation
. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
. The ability to manage a varied workload with initiative, accuracy, and sound judgement
