We are a boutique Medispa and Dental practice located in South Perth and are looking for a full time Concierge Coordinator to join our friendly team, whose focus is on exceeding our guest expectations.

Our practice offers a wide variety of procedures but specialises in cosmetic facial and dental treatments, particularly in smile makeovers. We perform a wide variety of procedures including: advanced restorative, general dental care, orthodontics, facial skin care, cosmeceuticals, facial injectables including wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers and thread lifts.

We are a progressive clinic that is constantly evolving - adapting new technologies and procedures to be able to deliver the best to our clients. Our talented team provides exceptional work to world class standards.

As our brand ambassador, you will develop great working relationships, create memorable experiences for our guests and have the following attributes:

- Be a dynamic individual that is able to complement our team
- Have a high degree of professionalism with eloquence and impeccable presentation
- Display a positive attitude with enthusiasm for customer service
- Have a desire to learn, be constantly challenged to improve
- Have first class communication skills and a high attention to detail
- An interest in beauty and fashion with a knowledge of facial & medispa procedures would be advantageous
- Previous experience in reception is preferred
- Be highly proficient on the computer

**What You Will Be Doing**:
You will be responsible for coordinating all of our guests needs, including managing the day-to-day tasks of:

- Welcoming and farewelling guests, and announcing them appropriately
- Scheduling appointments, timely rebooking of follow up appointments and general reception duties
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Ensuring our waiting area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Undertake data entry and general accounts assistance
- Receipt of guest payments via our management system
- Facilitate merchandise including the sale and inventory of stock
- Perform other adhoc clerical duties as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
