**Duties**:

- Welcome all visitors to the building with a warm, professional greeting
- Serve as the key liaison between members, the public, and the organisation
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all requests are promptly and effectively addressed
- Deliver daily support to clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Provide daily contractor support, managing inductions efficiently
- Assist facilities management with appointment coordination and room bookings
- Support security operations for events
- Conduct regular patrols and complete building reports
- 2+ years of corporate Concierge experience
- Proactive, with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills, team player with a passion for supporting others
- Familiarity with building management systems
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

**Application Requirements**:

- **You must have a current security license**:

- Full Australian working rights (you must be able to work over 48 hours a fortnight)
- First Aid certification
- Around 2 years’ experience in a corporate Concierge role
