We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for our cafe located in Sydney Hills District. Be part of a small knit team to help lead the development of a vibrant food and beverage business. We are open 7 days a week, 7am-3pm, offering breakfast and lunch menu as well as also holding occasional functions.

**About the role**
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with managing a small FOH team
- Deliver exceptional customer service to regular patrons and guests
- Ordering and stocktake
- Roster staff and complete time sheet approvals
- Develop and train new and existing team members
- Rotating roster over 7 days - weekend work is required

**About You**
- Ideally 2+ years as Assistant Manager/Supervisor in a busy cafe/restaurant
- Strong Barista skills
- Passionate and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid working rights in Australia
