We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our team as the venue Assistant Manager, to work along side the Venue Restaurant Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Day to day operation of the Restaurant
  • Staff management
  • Service standards and excellence
  • Recruitment, on boarding, training and development of staff
  • Administration: reporting, creating rosters and reviewing cost of wages

Skills & Requirements

Required

  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in hospitality
  • RSA
