We are looking for a versatile Communications Specialist to join our team of women leading the newly launched Big Leap Incubator program for startups looking for international expansion and ongoing help with marketing and communications.

This role is for a marketing superstar who is enthusiastic, hands-on, a critical thinker, a wordsmith, full of ideas with the tenacity to see them through to the finish. You'll harness your creativity in design, copy and execution, network with tech based entrepreneurs with diverse backgrounds in the start-up and small business communities.

This is an opportunity to work alongside multiple stakeholders and institutions while working closely with the founder of one of Australia’s longest running and multi award winning growth and marketing agency taking her vision for the incubator and turning it into comms that will empower people to pursue their business dreams.

In partnership with a leading Australian university, Australian Venture Capital and early stage investment group and supported by Ausindustry, Arrow Digital (my company) is opening intakes for a new incubator programme for first and second-generation migrant founders and co-founders to realise their international business potential.

**Duties for the role**:
Initiate & execute the launch strategy, including but not limited to marketing, PR, promotions, engagement & regular reporting

Development and delivery of digital communication, engagement campaigns and content for a range of audiences and programs.

Plan, design & publish marketing content

Create content for social channels and tiles for shoutouts / endorsements on social accounts of other channels part of the startup ecosystem.

Assist in writing documentation, proposals, presentations & other communications

Community building and content creation that will keep conversations flowing for the COHORT

Coordinate session bookings & relevant tech requirements for mentors & participants

Keep the incubator team updated and accountable with our launch & programme schedule

This is a permanent part-time position of 20 hours per week

*hours can be flexible outside of team meetings and in-person workshops. Our team has the ability to work remotely within an AUS time zone currently spread out across VIC, NSW and QLD

Remuneration $70- $75k + Super (Pro Rata)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
