In this role, you will work alongside a small team to deliver world-class service to customers in an accurate & timely manner, with a strong focus on providing a fantastic customer experience.

We’re looking to take on multiple recruits to take our service to the next level. On a daily basis, you will be speaking with customers, account managers, warehouse managers, and business owners in a diverse and ever-changing role.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Providing high-level customer service to both the general public and businesses
Placing orders, tracking orders, and handling exchanges and customer complaints
Liaising with internal departments to solve customer issues

**What you need to know**:
Melbourne CBD - Hybrid mix of WFH and office after training
Full-time 12-month contract (with the opportunity to extend) commencing 3rd October.
Monday - Friday on a rotating roster between 8am-8pm
4 weeks paid training

**What you’ll need**:
Be a clear and concise communicator both written & verbally
Tech savvy & not afraid to learn new systems
Great time management skills with a desire to work hard
Problem-solving skills along with an ability to multitask multiple enquiries
Previous customer service experience within a contact centre is desirable but not essential

**WFH Requirements**: Windows 10 PC and Monitor/Laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB of RAM or equivalent with anti-virus installed and Windows defender switched on. Additional requirements include a reliable internet connection and a headset with a microphone. Apple Mac computers are not suitable due to system compatibility.
