**GATTON**:
**Are you compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to making a positive difference?** We are seeking a caring and proactive Disability Support Worker to join our team and support individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Working every Friday 8am-4pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing personalized support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily activities
- Attending appointments and advocating on behalf of clients
- Supporting clients with household chores and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Offering companionship to promote social engagement and emotional well-being
- Documenting support provided through clear and detailed report writing
- Assisting with mobility, personal care, and other needs as required

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in disability support or care work is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is a plus
- Willingness to undertake relevant training and background checks

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.50 - $36.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week

**Experience**:

- Disability: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers Licence (preferred)
- Blue Card (preferred)
- Yellow Card (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

**Location**:

- Gatton QLD 4343 (preferred)

Work Location: In person
