**About the Role**
As a Personal Support Worker, you’ll assist clients with their daily living activities. We offer flexible shifts tailored to your schedule, including weekends, active overnight, and sleepover shifts.
During your shifts, you will:

- Help clients transfer in and out of beds and wheelchairs, using hoists as necessary.
- Provide personal care, including grooming, bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, and toileting support.
- Assist with basic wound care and self-medication.
- Offer domestic support, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Facilitate community access by driving clients to appointments and social events.

**About You**
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about supporting others in living independently at home. You should possess an empathetic nature, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. You treat everyone with dignity and respect, work independently, and maintain a non-judgmental approach.
No experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training from our Registered Nurses and Key Support Workers.
You Must Hold:

- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- A smartphone
- A current NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card) and/or a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or a willingness to obtain them
- Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module, or a commitment to complete it
- Flexibility to work a fixed fortnightly roster with varying shift times
