Real Community Services was established in January 2006 and now provides thousands of personal support hours per week to hundreds of people with a disability such as mental health, acquired brain injury or neurological conditions by focusing on empowering and improving their lifestyles.

At Real Community Services (RCS) we provide, quality services to people living with a disability within an in-home or community setting. With a brilliant team across Sunshine Coast, Greater Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast, we are there to help our Participants to achieve their goals to live a fulfilling life. **Your New Role**:
Location: Gatton

Shifts available: Tuesday - 9:30am - 3:30pm & Thursday 10:30 - 3:30pm

Community Access: Accompany the client to appointments and outings

Help at Home: assisting with light domestic duties and other tasks as required

You will need to be able to develop meaningful and professional relationships with the participants and families.

Your English and comprehension skills must be excellent

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience supporting clients with disabilities highly desirable
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
- Current Paid employee Blue Card (or willing to obtain before employment)
- Current Paid employee Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain before employment)
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain before employment)
- NDIS ‘Worker Orientation’ module (or willing to obtain before employment)
- Full Australian working rights
- Smart phone with internet access
- Two current (within the past 2 years) professional references from a supervisor will be required
