**About the Business Unit**:
Civil and Enforcement Services (CES) is a business unit within the Department of Justice and Community Safety's Courts, Civil and Criminal Law group. CES is responsible for managing the end-to
- end infringement system in Victoria.

**About the Role**:
The Technical Review Officer role is located within Enforcement & Support Services, which is a branch of CES.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing a portfolio of complex files to ensure consistent and considered outcomes in a timely manner
- Providing specialist advice to the Operations Team staff on complex technical matters in order to deliver the required outputs
- Undertaking all the functions associated in managing correspondence including but not limited to investigation of complaints at the direction of Operations Team Leads, escalated queries and responses to other incoming correspondence.
