**The Role**

As the New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for converting leads into new home sales whilst delivering excellence in customer service. Adopting a coaching mindset, you will assist our clients through an easy, trusted and affordable journey, achieving their dream of homeownership. In return, you will be provided with a base salary and a lucrative commission structure that includes paid superannuation on all earnings. Just as important, you will work alongside a fun team that’s here to support one another and put the business and our clients first.
