**What you’ll do**:

- Design and deliver a **prevention-focused, data-led safety and wellbeing strategy** aligned to organisational values and business objectives
- Oversee end-to-end WHS systems and processes, ensuring **compliance, performance, and continuous improvement**:

- Champion a **positive, collaborative safety culture** where leaders at all levels are equipped to own health, safety, and wellbeing
- Partner across the business to embed safety into everything we do

**What you’ll need**:

- Tertiary qualification in **WHS, allied health, or related field**:

- Comprehensive understanding of **WHS legislation, psychosocial risk management, injury management, and workers compensation**:

- Proven track record in **developing and implementing health, safety, and wellbeing strategies** that deliver measurable business improvements
- Strong **data analytic skills**, able to translate safety trends into actionable solutions
- Experience in **injury management and workers compensation case management**:

- WHS experience within **Retail and Warehousing environments** is highly desirable
