**About the Role**:
We are looking for someone who loves people and cleaning. Reliability is an absolute must Cleaning experience is preferred but not a must, we just ask that you are willing to learn and take pride in your work. You must be physically able to do cleaning work, work efficiently while also not missing the details, and communicate in English.

You will be working independently as well as in a team. A full induction will be done with Gabby until you are comfortable to go out on your own. All equipment and products will be provided.

You can choose your own days and hours between Monday - Friday 6am - 6pm. There is lots of regular cleaning work so you'll be visiting the same homes and clients each week. We currently have more work than we can handle and can fill the days you are available with a steady schedule.

**Location**:
We do work all around Brisbane and Bayside, with most of our regular work taking place in the Redlands so you must have a reliable car. We always try to tailor your route of where you work to suit your location and you will be paid for travel between jobs.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- General surface cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
- Occasional deeper cleaning and organisational tasks depending on client needs
- Working both independently and as part of a small team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently and to a high standard without constant supervision
- Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job (lifting, bending, standing, etc.)
- Own reliable transport and full driver’s license is a must
- Kind, caring, and love people
- A love for cleaning

**Requirements**:

- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Working smartphone with the ability to use apps (for scheduling, checklists, etc.)
- Australian working rights
- Live in the Bayside area of Brisbane

**Location**:
Brisbane, Redlands and surrounding areas.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
