We are seeking skilled Revenue Analysts who are eager to become an expert in extracting, analysing and interpreting data to join our Revenue Analysis Branch (RAB).

As a **Revenue Analyst** in our Policy, Analysis and Legislation business area, you will undertake research and data analysis focusing on forecasting and reporting revenue collections, administered expenses, policy costing, compliance costs, and the management of tax data. You’ll assist with public statistics for research, publication, or inclusion in Parliamentary and other briefings. You’ll also provide quality assurance while guiding and supporting others within your team.

RAB is made up of three streams, Policy, Analysis and Data Management. Depending on which stream you’re most suited to, you will leverage your conceptual, analytical and clear communication skills to contribute to key aspects of this role, such as the Commonwealth Budget forecasting process and the publication of Taxation Statistics.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Canberra**. A merit pool may be formed and used to fill future similar vacancies in these locations and other locations within the same metropolitan area.
