About the Opportunity

An experienced Head of Talent Acquisition, you will inspire Talent Acquisition best practise whilst leading the national Talent Acquisition strategy and operational leadership of a large national team. Reporting to the Head of Centre Services, you will focus on achieving our delivery goals providing Australia’s children with the best start in life. Your success will be underpinned by coaching and developing a high performing TA team who undertake end to end talent acquisition activities in a fast-paced high-volume environment. You will be a hands-on strategic thinker who can lead, develop and implement innovative approaches to attract and retain Early Childhood professionals.

We will rely on you to keep close to, and understand, the external Australian and adjacent talent market, both the trends and opportunities, as well as adapt our attraction and hiring approaches to take full advantage. You will be a close partner of our Operations teams and involved in the development of operational forecasts and plans - translating this into effective talent sourcing/pipeline solutions. You will also work closely with our Culture team (people and learning) on the development of our Employee and Talent strategics and translating this into sourcing/pipeline solutions. About you

We are offering a full-time position with a highly competitive package for the right person. This role can be based Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, with your team geographically dispersed across Australia.
