They are about to open their first stores in Australia & New Zealand this year. You will be involved in launching an established and respected global brand. This is a rare opportunity to be a part of a long-standing company and even bigger parent business that has huge room for growth and progression as the portfolio only continues to expand.
- You have multi site experience with a minimum of 2 years in this role
- Experienced with all store operations and VM
- Comfortable working in fast pace environments and very adaptable to change, you can think on your feet
- Experience with new store openings
- you will be responsible for the recruitment, training and induction of new staff members
- Customer service is a passion and strong skill set in your retail repertoire
- You are a natural relationship builder, energetic and love to see your team succeed, you are an inspiring leader
- Confidence with commercial and financial reporting, you have high levels of business accumen
- You are a strong communicator both verbal and written.
- Experienced in working with a dymanic and diverse team and dealing with internal stakeholders
- Current drivers license and vehicle is essential
