**Our Client**:
Our client is a highly regarded specialist provider of building, facilities and asset management services for developers, strata committees, building owners and investors. As an integrated company their services include but are not limited to, building management, concierge, cleaning, landscape and pool services

**The Role**:
Reporting Directly to the General Manager, with the basic mandate of ensuring that all staff that are servicing contracts (Residential & Commercial) and fulfilling set KPI’s, you will:

- Conduct regular site visits
- Undertake 1 on 1 meetings & provide training and mentoring
- Monitor and manage each building manager’s performance of their duties
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, OH&S, Essential Services and Legislative compliance
- Provide relief building / site management as may be required

You have the luxury of working hand in hand with another senior manager (Relationship Manager) who is directly responsible for client relationships and will also provide you feedback / heads-up where there are properties requiring attention.
- Strata, Facilities Management or Building Management background
- Demonstrated success in staff and stakeholder management
- Ability to compose and revise policies & procedures
- Strong admin skills and a timely response to matters
- Excellent presentation and comfortable speaking to a group of owners in a public forum
