Technical Baker

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Technical Baker to join our Team. Reporting to the Franchisee, this is a broad role which will see you provide a learning service by developing and delivering solutions to the wider business. The core function of the role has an operational focus to support Bakery Managers, Bakers & Apprentices in training.
You will do this by:
- Managing training programs for new and existing bakers, Apprentices & Bakery Managers
- Assessing and validating trainees against competence standards where applicable.
- A Qualification in Baking
- Excellent communication skills and a valid driver’s licence and motor vehicle is also a requirement.
Bakers Delight experience will be an advantage, but not essential.
You will be required to travel between stores regularly.
We are based in Eltham/Bundoora/Mernda - Northern Suburbs
Salary starting from $70,000 according to previous experience.
