The role will suit someone who has a genuine interest in cars and is passionate about the Pedders brand and products. This opportunity will allow you to take the next step in your career, whilst working with quality people and products.

As part of this role, you will:

- Be an experienced and/or qualified mechanic.
- Have strong auto parts and/or sales knowledge.
- Be able to build relationships with other mechanical workshops and assist them in the development of their business and knowledge of the Pedders Products
- Excellence in customer service and liaise with customers.
- Be supportive to current Store Managers and understand this is a hybrid role of Client Facing and Business Development

Required to be successful in this role:

- Suspension experience in 4x4 and underbody
- Communication skills, ability to work as a team to achieve store targets.
- Time Management, ability to deal with competing priorities and coordinate tasks to perform jobs in an efficient manner.
- Naturally be technical and mechanically focused with proven ability to perform automotive duties when required.
- Industry reputed training across technical and management areas
- Great team environment and ability to network and build relationships across the Pedders network.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $44,367.30 - $124,734.51 per year

- North Hobart, TAS 7000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer relationship management: 5 years (preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
