Are you looking for a new full time permanent Sales opportunity working for a global brand in Tasmania.

We are on the search for an experienced and driven Equipment Sales Rep to join our team selling Caterpillar equipment in **Hobart**. You will be well supported by our Tasmanian Sales Manager and the entire sales team.

We set high standards in the marketplace and expect you to set your goals high too... healthy commissions are paid for your efforts.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You will be primarily responsible for all new, used and rental machinery sales activities in the Southern patch of Tasmania.

You will focus on relationship development with our new and existing loyal customers, to deliver a positive and valued experience with William Adams Cat.

**Your key responsibilities in this role include**:

- Growing Caterpillar machine sales across the whole product line by offering new and used equipment via finance and purchasing options
- Meeting all revenue and profit objectives
- Offering our customers outstanding sales coverage and support
- Completing CRM activities and acting promptly on sale leads
- Engaging and representing William Adams professionally within industry associations and events

**ABOUT YOU**

Ultimately, you will have a strong sales background, excellent interpersonal skills and a drive and passion to succeed.

**To be considered for this role, you will also have the following skills, experience and attributes**:

- Proven ability to develop long term internal and external customer relationships within a similar industry
- Proven persuasive and confident sales ability with superior communication skills
- A craving to provide exceptional customer service that ensures a positive customer experience every time
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
