**About the role**
Our Behaviour Support Practitioner Team Manager
- Leads by example role modelling a small caseload of clients providing evidence based psychological services in the community.
- Meets with individual team members weekly face to face to support them to achieve their full potential for themselves and their clients
- Facilitates team meetings, analyses performance and compliance reports and develops action
- Creates, promotes Humanity Health Group organisational values, culture and HumanityLIFE.
**About You**:
- You are a registered Behaviour support practitioner with leadership qualities whom we will support and train into leadership.
- You are registered as a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Are passionate about empowering and motivating clients and health professionals to be their best. No seriously
- You are a good coach and like finding ways to bring teams together to get the best result.
- Current unrestricted driver’s license with access to own vehicle.
