DXC Consulting has an exciting opening for a Practice Partner - Digital Transformation. This is a client facing role where you will draw upon your digital transformation experience to build DXC presence and profile in the ANZ market, oversee Digital Transformation projects, and manage a team across ANZ.

This role will be based in Sydney and will work a hybrid mix of in the DXC office to collaborate and drive team engagement, customer visits when required, and from home to allow you to better balance your life.

**What You Will Do**:

- Contribute to the delivery of Digital Transformation projects
- Pursue and cultivate trusted advisor C-level relationships to drive client value
- Identify and collaborate with industry, digital and client account leadership to drive consulting business
- Lead a team to identify issues and prioritise efforts to address these issues and frame solutions to solve problems
- Develop and grow the team through the identification of talent, set development plans for the team and proactively involve peers to create client value and expand the digital transformation footprint
- Understand current and future client needs and frame them to deliver realisable client value
- Solution governance - manage pre-sales and delivery capacity to balance team workload, sales conversion, and revenue achievement through quality outcomes
- Innovate and disrupt the market in the way that Digital Transformation solutions are sold and delivered to customers

**What will make you a good fit for the role**:

- Senior level experience within a sales and delivery environment in a consulting or large organisation environment
- Track record managing teams of Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches etc
- Leadership skills to coach and guide team members with delivery and pre-sales responsibilities, managing competing priorities to deliver required targets every quarter
- Experience in Agile & Human Centred Design Delivery projects using frameworks such as Design Thinking Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Scaled Agile Frameworks for the success of our clients
- Capability to drive design leadership, oversight, and engagement across multiple consulting offerings to market
- Deep understanding of private and public sector clients and expertise in developing solutions and leading advisory engagements
- A network at senior levels and a track record in building meaningful relationships in major accounts by becoming the trusted advisor / thought leader and supporting the required sales disciplines
- Excellent client engagement, communication, and presentation skills
- Qualifications in Agile, Scrum and or Product Management
