The program is designed to help our First Nations graduates grow their capabilities & grow into a role in the Qld Public Sector. We help you grow, & you help grow Queensland If you have graduated from university or will soon you are invited to experience our 12-month Grads Growing Queensland program.

To kick start your career, you will develop and grow through on the job experience, coaching, tailored formal training workshops, mentoring program & from your supportive supervisor and colleagues. You will also have access to our working groups that support our First Nations employees & promote diversity & inclusion, including the Mari Dhiiyaan, our DSDILGP First Nations Family. Our Yhurri Gurri framework & participation plan entrusts and commits our agency to fully respect, enhance, empower, grow, adapt, co-partner & co-design to achieve strategic objectives & opportunities with First Nations businesses, communities, & peoples. Upon demonstrating your capability & the successful completion of the 12 month program you will have the opportunity to move into a permanent role.
