Mayday Recruitment, located in Sydney CBD, is as busy as ever Due to ongoing client demand for our services, we currently have need to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant in Sydney CBD.

This is an awesome opportunity to join a fun team and a company which offers great career progression and benefits. It will be a full-time position working a standard 38 hour week and there is annual remuneration of between $75,000-$100,000 (negotiable) on offer.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in recruitment
- Experience managing the end to end recruitment cycle
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Emotional intelligence and great people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to liaise confidently with senior business personnel

**Job duties**:
This will be a 360-recruitment consultant role:

- Building strong relationships with our existing client base comprised of mainly ASX listed businesses across all industries
- Identifying prospects and business leads with new companies to help build a strong pipeline
- Take job specifications and write job advertisements
- Attending networking events to increase business and promote MAYDAY’s services
