**The role**:
**Key responsibilities for the role include**:

- Establish, grow and take ownership of the Joint Venture (JV) business in Australia and New Zealand
- Garner appropriate support from each of the JV partners to ensure success
- Develop and drive the footprint by building multi-level relationships; mapping engagement strategies and developing appropriate plans to deliver the required growth.
- Lead the team creating a high performing team focussed on successful outcomes.
- Facilitate communication on strategic and tactical issues facing our Customers and Partners.
- Maintain continuity and up-to-date knowledge
- A strong hands-on leader with proven Enterprise and Channel sales skills.
- Demonstrable ability to leverage internal resources for the execution of Territory Plans.
- People-oriented professional with strong relationship building skills
- Demonstrated success in understanding the Value Based sales cycle (Discovery to Close).
- Critical thinker and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to secure opportunities to drive business performance
- An interest in Allied Health Service and in particular mental health and wellbeing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
