**About the role**:

The Concrete Pump Operator is a permanent, full-time position **based in Dubbo**. The concrete pump operator reports directly to the site manager (or otherwise as directed) and is responsible for the daily pumping requirements to satisfy production demand for all customers.

The concrete pump operator is responsible for the site setup and operation of the concrete pump and will have an active hands approach to ensure the timely delivery of our products to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently drive and operate mobile concrete boom pump
- Daily cleaning and general maintenance of machines and all pumping equipment
- Complete daily safety checklists, prestart and job dockets
- Must have a 'can do' attitude
- Commitment to Regional Group & Maas Group Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
- Perform other functions as may be requested

**To be considered for this role you will need to have**:

- Minimum HR Licence
- High Risk Licence (PB - Concrete Placing Boom)
- White Card
- Proven experience in residential, commercial and/or civil works
- Ability to perform day to day duties with a professional safety mindset
- Punctual, honest, and reliable
- Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical
