**About the Role**
We are seeking a versatile and energetic Front of House All-Rounder to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our bakery, providing excellent customer service, making delicious coffees, and assisting with a variety of tasks, including serving on the till, clearing tables, and helping with dishes. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our customers have a memorable experience every time they visit Miller + Baker.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Operate the till, handle transactions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations about our products.
- Assist with general cleaning duties, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and keeping the front of house tidy.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including bread, pastries, and coffee, to provide customers with accurate information and suggestions.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.

**About You**
- Experience in a café, bakery, or hospitality environment is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle busy periods with ease.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Passionate about great food, coffee, and providing a top-notch customer experience.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
