**What we’re looking for**
Mid-weight creative directors. Two of them. Full time.
It’s all good if you’re just one, it’s **great** if you’re a dynamic duo.
You’ll either have been involved in or are very keen to be involved in the experiential space. Maybe your background is art, maybe it’s copy - but as a creative director you’re happy to turn your hand toward and have an opinion about either.
You’re a tech enthusiast, you’re not looking at DALL-E and saying, “Wow that’s bananas” you’re saying, “Wow that’s bananas and I’ve already burned through my credits playing with it, I reckon I could use this for a project”. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable working with them and asking them to do unusual but cool things.
**THE ROLE**
**Mid-weight Creative Director**
A creative director in our agency alliance (more on this below) is responsible for generating, synthesising and protecting great ideas, words and gorgeous design across brand experience and PR.
You will lead the creative process for multiple clients, working with all aspects of the business - with a particular focus on the experience production, content and design teams. Your aim is to create the weird, wonderful, the award winning and extraordinary.
**Your day-to-day**:
- Reporting to the Head of Ideas, you are responsible for the quality of creative thinking and output of the agency for your clients
- Work in concert with the Connections and Insights, Content Studio, Design and Experience teams to realise brave ideas[M(2]
- Be an inspirational voice in the room, able to sell our ideas with confidence and reassurance
- Ensure the idea is expressed clearly across all relevant media, from concept through to implementation
- Remain involved in the production process to ensure creative integrity for your vision
- Work with the local innovation lead and emerging technology to execute projects at the cutting edge
- Share your thinking, give and receive feedback in an inclusive, collaborative, and open creative environment
- Try your hand at mentoring juniors, take them on your project journeys and steer them on their own
- Keep an eye on creativity and innovation within our agency collective’s spheres and beyond
- Be a strong voice for creative, relevance to audience needs and importance of the creative idea both within the agency and externally
- Believe in yourself
