**About Us**
Olive Tree Bakery is a busy, community-focused café and bakery in Coburg, serving specialty coffee, fresh breads, and Mediterranean-inspired treats. We’re looking for a friendly and skilled **Barista / Customer Service team member** to join our team.

**About the Role**
You’ll be the face of our café, making great coffee, greeting customers, and keeping the front of house running smoothly. If you know how to make mocktails, that’s a bonus. If not, we’ll provide training.

**What you’ll do**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot beverages
- Serve customers and process orders
- Assist with making mocktails and cold drinks (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and organised service area
- Work with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience as a barista in a busy café environment
- Friendly, professional customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Willingness to learn and take on new skills
