**About Us**

We are a family run business that uses fresh produce sourced locally and authentic delicacies found abroad to fill Italian bread rolls with cured and grilled meats, cheeses, vegetables, and an array of condiments that we make ourselves. In addition, we serve coffee, cold drinks, and alcohol to complement our food.

To achieve this, we need a team of passionate and high-energy individuals. We are currently looking to fill various roles, including:

- Grill
- Barista
- Sandwich Maker
- General Front of House

**To Be Considered**
- Previous experience is a must
- Ability to work well in a team
- Can manage pressure during busy periods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- High personal presentation
- Availability to work during our operating times

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Basic food preparation including chopping and portioning
- Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained
- Comply with required Food Standards practices
- POS operator (Square)
- Processing delivery platform orders (UberEATS, etc)
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Maintain a safe working environment for other team members and guests
- Deliver a high standard of service with products, sales and our customers

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
