The Boot Factory Cafe is located within the Pentridge Estate Coburg and is currently looking for **2-3 persons to fill upcoming Casual positions.**

Experienced specialty coffee Barista to work weekend shifts and 1 shift mid week.

Experienced FOH/All Rounder with coffee skills to work weekends and multiple shifts mid week.

We are seeking expressions of interest from exceptional individuals who have had considerable experience in a fast pace and large cafe of approx. 140+ PAX (particularly weekends).

The ability to look at ongoing improvements to the operations and contribute to the development of the overall beverage offering.

**You’ll be perfect for the role if you have**:

- A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality with a valid RSA
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working with specialty coffee
- Barista skills (latte art, filter brewing, dialing in, trouble-shooting etc.)
- FOH/All Rounder skills and knowledge-alcoholic/non alcoholic
- 3 plate carry and POS knowledge
- A strong work ethic with a customer focused and positive attitude
- Experience in a busy environment, particularly on weekends
- Excellent communication skills, well groomed and professional work ethic

You will be supported by an experienced FOH team and venue manager.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.23 - $37.47 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
