- Review contractors safety programs
- Develop and implement relevant WHS policies and programs
- Conduct safety training for workers
- Routine on site inspections
- Promote safe practices on site
- Ensure accidents/incidents are thoroughly investigated
- Keeping records of incidents & safety concerns
- Advise and lead on safety-related areas

**What you need to be successful for this position**:

- Experience as a Safety Advisor (1 - 2 years)
- Experience in delivering projects in a timely but safe manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent and construction induction card
- First aid, CPR, working at heights, electrical spotting, trenching safety, ICAM training
