What you'll do as Operations Supervisor - Courier Services

As the Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the dispatch officers, customer service team and sub-contractors to ensure we meet our customer’s expectation of a Quality Service. both with time expectations and vehicle size in line with the National Service matrix.

A key component of this role is managing the delivery partners and staff ensuring they are conforming to their requirements. You will also be responsible for all aspects of safety, performance, and resourcing and providing leadership and guidance for specified operational areas and processes.

What are we looking for in this role? What's important to us?- Experience in transport/distribution industry ideally with local same day direct delivery service- Demonstrated experience managing contractor and client services, stakeholder relationships- Ability to develop close positive working relationship with all internal customers of the Team Global Express - Courier division and drivers.- Ideally will have worked with Taxi Trucks and Heavy vehicles with good working knowledge of Chain of Responsibility strong focus on safety- Team leadership/supervisory experience in busy operational environment- Strong geographical knowledge of Perth metro areas
