Ventia now has an opportunity for a permanent part-time Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Perth.

Based in East Perth, as the Supervisor you will be responsible for the daily operational cleaning requirements of the office building, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness are always delivered, and that staff are scheduled and trained to fulfil this requirement.

**Location**
East Perth

**Pay rate**
from $28.47 per hour + penalties and 10.5% Superannuation

**Duties include, but are not limited to**
Creating a positive and safe working environment
Assist with on-the-job training
Coordinate the work of Level 1 cleaners
Ensuring compliance with company procedures
Provide manager with a weekly report on site running
Ensure rosters and timesheets collected/received by deadlines
Cleaning duties such as: carpet cleaning, scrubbing and buffing hard floors, strip and seal floor cleaning, deep cleaning, detailed cleans of public areas including gates, food courts, collection, segregation and disposal of waste, spot cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, toilet, car park and walkway cleaning

**About you - To be successful in this role you must have**
At least 6 moths cleaning experience
You are reliable, self-motivated, and able to demonstrate a great work ethic with excellent time management skills
You are safety focused and physically able to undertake manual work
You always complete work to a high standard and have a good eye for detail
